Perfect service and a casual restaurant onsite. Plenty of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Marvellous setting, not far from the river and parks, one particular entrance to the station, and more modestly priced bars.

I stayed here 2 nights and liked it. Very good service, though a few employees were a bit rude. The hotel was placed 20 km away from the airport.

Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay with good customer service. The staff are pleasant and outstandingly accommodating and I enjoyed their attitude. Great to have a casual restaurant on the premises. Nothing too much trouble, I recommend this hotel to others.

The place was clean with really helpful and extremely helpful staff members. The location was stunning for walking around Cherry Blossom Viewing. Shopping centers and a small shopping mall were right next door. On site casual restaurant for dinner. Had a really enjoyable stay here...

The hotel's location along the river provided a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The restaurants served delicious food and the fast elevators made getting around easy. The breakfast was good with a nice view overlooking the river. The staff was exceptionally attentive and very helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated and of a decent size. Each room had private bathrooms and tea and coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware.
